摘　　要：目的形成《干燥综合征护理管理专家共识》,以推动我国干燥综合征护理管理的规范化发展,有效管理疾病,提高患者生存质量。方法由编写小组通过对中国知网、PubMed、Embase等多个数据库进行文献检索,并对其进行筛选、阅读及证据等级划分,形成专家共识的初稿,通过专家论证会讨论及评价,对各个条目进行调整、修改,形成最终共识。结果最终形成专家共识共9条建议,主要涉及患者局部症状的护理、系统并发症的监测、药物使用方法及注意事项、疾病管理模式及自我管理策略、生活方式推荐及妊娠期疾病的监测。结论该《干燥综合征护理管理专家共识》内容覆盖了干燥综合征患者整个疾病发展的各个环节,可为临床干燥综合征护理管理方案提供规范参考。Objective To form the expert consensus on nursing management of Sjögren's syndrome,so as to promote the standardized development of nursing management of Sjögren's syndrome in China,effectively manage the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods Through literature retrieval on CNKI,PubMed,Embase and other databases,the writing team screened,read and graded the evidence to form the first draft of the expert consensus.After discussion and evaluation by the expert argumentation meeting,each item was adjusted and modified to form the final expert consensus.Results An expert consensus was formed,consisting of 9 recommendations,mainly involving the nursing of patients'local symptoms,monitoring of systemic complications,drug use methods and precautions,disease management models and self-management strategies,lifestyle recommendations,and monitoring of diseases during pregnancy.Conclusion The expert consensus covers all aspects of the disease development on Sjögren's syndrome patients,in order to provide a normative reference for the clinical nursing management of Sjögren's syndrome.
