“和谐使命”任务医疗服务中麻醉护理工作实践与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨“和谐使命”任务期间麻醉护理工作的实践方法及效果,为今后任务提供借鉴。方法通过理论培训和实战演练完成行前准备,任务实施主要分为靠港和航渡两个阶段,靠港时完成各类医疗工作,航渡阶段进行总结归纳,并回顾性分析“和谐使命-2017”和“和谐使命-2018”两次任务患者麻醉病历资料,包括一般情况、麻醉方法分类以及麻醉护理工作的效果。结果“和谐使命-2017”完成299例麻醉,“和谐使命-2018”任务完成288例麻醉,两次任务的麻醉方法类别明显不同。麻醉护士参与医院船麻醉工作,提高了手术室的运转效率,显著减少了局部麻醉的比例。监护麻醉的普遍开展,提高了患者围手术期的安全性与舒适性。结论在医院船等任务中增加麻醉护士的人员配置,有利于提高围手术期的安全性,提升患者舒适度以及加强管理的规范性。与美军及地方医院相比,我军医院船的麻醉护理工作有待加强,应加强外语培训,注意防范医疗风险。Objective To explore the practice method and effect of anesthesia nursing work during the"Harmony Mission",and to provide reference for future tasks.Methods Completing the pre-departure preparation through theoretical training and practical drills.The implementation of the mission was mainly divided into two stages:docking and sailing.Completing all kinds of medical work when docking,and summarized when sailing.Anesthesia medical recorded of patients undergoing two missions of"Harmony Mission-2017"and"Harmony Mission-2018"were retrospectively analyzed,including general information,classification of anesthesia methods and effects of anesthesia nursing work.Results A totel of 299 cases of anesthesia were completed in the"Harmony Mission-2017"and 288 cases in the"Harmony Mission-2018".The types of anesthesia methods in the two missions were obviously different.Anesthesiology nurses participated in the hospital ship anesthesia work,improved the operating efficiency of the operating room,significantly reduced the proportion of local anesthesia.The widespread development of monitoring anesthesia improved the safety and comfort of patients during perioperative period.Conclusion Increasing the staffing of anesthesiology nurses in the hospital ship is beneficial to improve the safety of perioperative period,improve the comfort of patients and strengthen the standardization of management.Compared with the US military and local hospitals,the anesthetic nursing work of Chinese military hospitals needs to be strengthened,foreign language training should be strengthened,and medical risks should be taken care of.
