摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下心血管内科疫情防控管理措施,为心血管内科的传染病疫情防控工作提供参考。方法针对新型冠状病毒肺炎突发事件,成立心血管内科疫情防控专项工作管理小组,制订疫情防控标准工作流程,加强心血管内科/监护病房人员管理,开展专项培训,严格消毒管理,加强防控督导等。结果共排查发热患者47例,各级人员100%落实疫情防控标准工作流程,护士理论和技能考核成绩优秀,医护人员及患者零感染。结论制订心血管内科疫情防控工作管理流程实施统筹管理、动态调配、防控兼顾、专项培训,有效提高和保证了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下心血管内科工作的高效运转。Objective To explore the epidemic prevention and control measures of cardiovascular medicine in the context of COVID-19 epidemic,so as to provide reference for the medical care of cardiovascular medicine in the context of infectious diseases.Methods In response to COVID-19 emergencies,a special epidemic prevention and control management team was established in the department of cardiovascular medicine to formulate epidemic prevention and control standard working procedures,strengthen staff management in the department of cardiology wards/ICU,carry out special training,strictly implement disinfection management,and strengthen prevention and control supervision.Results A total of 47 patients with fever were checked,all staff at all levels implemented the standard working procedure of epidemic prevention and control,and nurses achieved excellent results in theory and skill assessment,with zero infection of medical staff and patients.Conclusion The establishment of the epidemic prevention and control management process in the department of cardiovascular medicine and the implementation of overall management,dynamic deployment,both prevention and control,and special training,which effectively improve and ensure the efficient operation of cardiovascular medicine work under the COVID-19 epidemic.
