摘  要:以石生委陵菜种子为材料,研究其萌发特征对温度、光照、水分胁迫的响应,旨在明确石生委陵菜种子萌发特征对环境因素的响应程度。结果表明,石生委陵菜种子的最适萌发温度为20℃;其种子萌发更喜欢长时间光照;且具有一定程度的抗旱能力。根据石生委陵菜种子的萌发特性,可将其应用在砾石边坡、干旱半干旱地区植被恢复中。In this study,the Potentilla rupestris seeds were selected as materials to investigate the response of temperature,light and water stress to seed germination.The aim of this study was to determine the response degree of seed germination-related characteristics to environmental factors.The results showed that the optimal germination temperature for P.rupestris seeds was 20℃,and the seed germination preferred long time light.Also,the P.rupestris seeds had a certain degree of drought resistance.In conclusion,The germinating characteristics of P.rupestris seeds made it suitable for vegetation restoration in gravel slope and arid and semi-arid area.
