摘 要:为了改善导流层在纸尿裤等产品应用中存在的液体穿透时间长、吸液率低等问题,将聚丙烯(PP)纤维和聚烯烃双组分(ES)纤维混合,采用热风非织造加工工艺制备了导流层材料,并利用单因素控制变量法探讨了纤维混合比、热风温度、热风时间等不同工艺参数对导流层性能的影响。此外,对导流层材料的液体穿透时间、吸液率、持液率及扩散长度进行了测试分析。结果表明:纤维比例、热风温度、热风时间对导流层材料的导流性能均有显著影响,当最优工艺参数为PP与ES纤维质量比60/40、热风烘燥温度135℃、热风烘燥时间2 min时,所制备的导流层的液体穿透时间为1.3 s,吸液率为890%,持液率为70%,扩散长度为17 cm。In order to improve the problems of long liquid penetration time and low liquid absorption rate in the application of the acquisition distribution layer in diapers and other products,polypropylene(PP)fibers and polyolefin bicomponent(ES)fibers were used to fabricate the acquisition distribution layer materials using the processing of through-air thermal bonding nonwovens.The influence of fiber mixing ratios,hot air temperature and hot air time on the performance of the acquisition distribution layer was investigated by the control variate method.In addition,the liquid penetration time,liquid absorption and retention rates as well as the diffusion length of different absorption distribution layer materials were characterized and analyzed.The results show that fiber mixing ratios,hot air temperature and hot air time have significant effects on the acquisition distribution performance of the obtained materials.When the optimal processing parameters are:PP/ES fiber mixing ratio of 60/40,hot air temperature of 135℃,hot air time of 2 min,the prepared acquisition distribution layer owns the liquid penetration time of 1.3 s,the liquid absorption rate of 890%,the liquid holding rate of 70%and the diffusion length of 17 cm.
