摘 要:从纺织的源头--聚酯化学改性着手,实现改性迭代涤纶的低温常压沸染,能够解决印染行业的节能与减排问题。如按2000万t/a涤纶采用常压染色技术计算,可减少碳排放约60亿t/a。新型阳离子染料常压可深染迭代涤纶,可在深染的同时,上染率达99%以上,清澈的染后残液还可多次循环再利用,且K/S值高、色差ΔE小、色牢度高。Starting from the source of textiles—polyester chemical modification,the low-temperature and atmospheric boiling dyeing of modified iterative polyester is realized,which can solve the problems of energy conservation and emission reduction in the printing and dyeing industry.If 20 million tons/year polyester is used for low-temperature and atmospheric dyeing technology,carbon emissions can be reduced by about 6 billion tons/year.The new cationic dye dyeable iterative polyester can deep dye under normal pressure,and at the same time,the dyeing rate is over 99%,the residual liquid after dyeing is clear,and can be recycled many times,the K/S value is high,the colour differenceΔE is small,dyeing fastness is very good.
