摘 要:为了研究煤层倾角、采宽、采厚、充填率在充填开采中对地表沉陷的敏感性,以山东某矿的采场条件为工程背景,基于正交试验原理,利用数值模拟软件(FLAC3D)进行计算,采用极差分析法与方差分析法分析各因素的敏感性,最后利用多元回归分析法建立了各因素与地表最大下沉值的函数关系式。研究结果表明:各因素对地表沉陷的敏感性由大到小为采宽、煤层倾角、采厚、充填率;地表最大下沉值与煤层倾角、充填率呈负相关的关系,与采宽、采厚正相关;回归方程效果显著,模拟值、回归方程预计值与实测数据吻合。为控制地表沉陷提供了参考依据。In order to study the sensitivity of inclination,mining width,mining thickness and filling rate of coal seam to surface subsidence in filling mining,based on the engineering background of stope conditions of a mine in Shandong province and the principle of orthogonal experiment,FLAC3D numerical simulation software was applied to calculate the sensitivity of each factor.Range analysis method and variance analysis method were explored to analyze the sensitivity of each factor.The functional relationship between each factor and the maximum subsidence value of the surface were established by means of multivariate regression analysis.The results showed that the sensitivity of each factor to surface subsidence varied from large to small,such as mining width,coal seam dip,mining thickness and filling rate;the maximum surface subsidence was negatively correlated with coal seam dip and filling rate,and positively correlated with mining width and mining thickness;the effect of regression equation was remarkable,and the predicted values of simulation and regression equation were real.The measured data coincide with each other,which provided a reference for controlling surface subsidence.
