摘 要:中、小型电机定、转子铁芯用光片的生产,现已广泛采用摇摆冲生产工艺。生产线上产品的输出采用"接料手"源源不断地从冲模口接出来,实现连续生产。这种方式对于传统的生产企业最为适合,以较低投入实现生产工艺的改进。其中,"接料手"的形式,以及从设计、制作、安装最终到应用于现有压力机上是该过程中的重要环节。采用连杆机构和滑轮机构,均可达到连续生产的目的。现对该两种机构在压力机上的应用进行对比分析,着重介绍滑轮机构的应用。The production of optical sheets for the stator and rotor cores of medium and small motors has now been widely used in the production process of swing punching.The output of the products on the production line has been continuously connected from the die port by the"receiver",realizing continuous production.This method is most suitable for traditional production enterprises,which realizes the improvement of a production process with a lower investment.So the selection of the"receiver"form,as well as design,production,installation,and application to existing presses are important links.The adopted linkage mechanism and pulley mechanism have achieved the goal of continuous production.The application of these two mechanisms on the press has been compared and analyzed,with emphasis on the application of the pulley mechanism.
