摘　　要：论述了一种高速激光落料线,该生产线配备多个激光头同时工作,对卷料金属板进行连续高速切割,制成任何所需轮廓的料片,可以实现高速动态在线加工,是集成开卷校平、激光切割、成品码垛的高效自动化生产线。A high-speed laser blanking line has been introduced.The production line is equipped with multiple laser heads working at the same time.Continuous high-speed cutting of coiled metal sheet can be made into blanks with any required contours.High-speed dynamic online processing can be achieved.It is an integrated efficient automatic production line for uncoiling leveling,laser cutting,and finished product stacking.
