摘  要:为了满足军用飞机的实际保障需求,现针对某型地面保障设备转向臂承载力较小、转向机构转向推力大等问题进行优化。优化设计分为三个步骤:首先利用三维机械设计软件SolidWorks对该转向臂进行参数化三维建模,计算出转向臂的转向推力,利用有限元分析软件SolidWorks Simulation对该转向臂进行静应力分析,得到转向臂准确的受力情况和应力分布;然后针对转向臂与轮轴叉耳的连接方式及转向臂的承载能力进行优化设计。优化后的转向臂可较大幅度增大承载力,并减小转向机构的转向推力;最后再将优化后的转向臂强度与优化前的强度进行对比,从而确定了此优化设计方案的可行性。In order to meet the actual support requirements of military aircraft,optimization has been carried out for the problems of a certain type of ground support equipment such as low bearing capacity of the steering arm and large steering thrust of the steering mechanism.The optimization design has been divided into three steps:firstly,3D mechanical design software SolidWorks has been used to perform parametric 3D modeling of the steering arm,and the steering thrust of the steering arm has been calculated;the finite element analysis software SolidWorks Simulation has been adopted to analyze the static stress of the steering arm while the accurate force and stress distribution of the steering arm has been obtained.Secondly,optimal design has been conducted to the connection mode of the steering arm and the axle fork lugs as well as the load-bearing capacity of the steering arm;the optimized steering arm can greatly increase the bearing capacity and reduce the steering thrust of the steering mechanism.Finally,the optimized steering arm strength has been compared with the strength before optimization to determine the feasibility of the optimized design plan.
