摘  要:通过有限元仿真对SPCC半球形零件进行充液拉深过程模拟,研究了板料直径、压边力、最大液室压力对SPCC半球件成形质量的影响规律。采用正交试验分析了各因素对成形质量的影响显著性,并确定了内半径72.5mm的SPCC半球形件充液拉深最优化的工艺参数组合。The hydrodynamic deep drawing process of SPCC hemispherical parts has been simulated by finite element simulation,and the influence law of sheet metal diameter,blank holder force and maximum liquid chamber pressure on the forming quality of SPCC hemispherical parts has been studied.The orthogonal test has been used to analyze the influence significance of various factors on the forming quality,and the optimal combination of process parameters for the hydrodynamic deep drawing of SPCC hemispherical parts with an inner radius of 72.5 mm has been determined.
