摘 要:为更好地设计空心轴楔横轧成形工艺的工艺参数,研究了空心轴件在楔横轧成形工艺中各工艺参数对空心轴件成形轧制力、工件应力场和应变场的影响。建立空心轴楔横轧成形工艺的有限元法模拟模型,对不同工艺参数下的成形工艺进行模拟。依据有限元模拟结果分析了不同工艺参数对成形结果的影响,为空心轴件楔横轧成形工艺参数的设计提供理论依据。In order to better design the process parameters of the hollow shaft cross wedge rolling forming process,the influence of the process parameters on the hollow shaft forming rolling force,the stress field and the strain field of the hollow shaft during the forming process has been studied.The finite element method simulation model of the hollow shaft cross wedge rolling forming process has been established to simulate the forming process under different process parameters.According to the finite element simulation results,the influence of different process parameters on the forming results has been analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the process parameters of the hollow shaft cross wedge rolling process.
