摘　　要：针对电器产品中铝合金因钎焊温度过高而产生的问题,介绍目前国内外铝合金钎焊用低温钎料的研究现状,分析了不同低温钎料的优缺点,同时指出新型低温高强度复合钎料是一种适合铝合金低温钎焊的比较有发展前途的钎料。To solve the problem of high brazing temperature of aluminum alloy in electrical products,this paper introduces the present research situation of low temperature brazing alloys used in aluminum alloy at home and abroad,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different low temperature brazing alloys.At the same time,it is pointed out that the new low temperature high strength composite filler metal is a promising filler metal suitable for low temperature brazing of aluminum alloy.
