摘　　要：本文介绍了一种全自动洗衣机溢水报警故障的排查、排除方法,理论分析并结合实验室实际测试结果,通过对软、硬件分析确认故障原因,最终对溢水故障控制逻辑及液位传感器入厂检验方法进行优化的解决方案。This paper introduces a method to research the overflow alarm of automatic washing machine,combines the theoretical analysis and the test results in the laboratory,confirms the cause of the fault by analyzing the software and hardware.Finally,the overflow fault control logic and the liquid level sensor in-plant inspection methodto optimize the solution.
