摘　　要：据调查,全预混冷凝壁挂炉在中国市场运行容易出现燃烧器、盘管堵塞,严重影响使用寿命。本文通过对空气过滤装置的选型,结构设计以及实际应用进行分析,提出空气过滤装置对提升全预混冷凝壁挂炉环境适应性所发挥的重要作用;同时根据风压变化来监测空气过滤装置堵塞情况,优化冷凝炉控制程序及时发出保养提醒,从而提升全预混冷凝壁挂炉的市场适应性、延长使用寿命。According to the investigation,the fully premixed condensing gas-fired heating boilers is easy to cause burner and heating coil blockage in the Chinese market,which seriously affects the service life.Based on the analysis of the selection,structure design and practical application of the air filter device,this paper puts forward the important role of the air filter device in improving the environmental adaptability of the fully premixed condensing gas-fired heating boilers.At the same time,it monitors the blockage of the air filter device according to the change of wind pressure,and sends out maintenance reminders in time by optimizing the control program of the condensing boiler,so as to improve the quality of the fully premixed condensing gas-fired heating boilers The market adaptability and service life of the boiler are improved.
