无缝隙护理在鼻窦炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析无缝隙护理在鼻窦炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月本院收治的102例鼻窦炎患者,随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各51例。对照组男31例,女20例,年龄(36.00±5.47)岁;研究组男28例,女23例,年龄(37.00±5.98)岁。对照组行常规护理,研究组行无缝隙护理。分析比较两组护理有效率、社会功能评分、物质生活评分、认知功能评分、心理功能评分及并发症情况。结果护理后,研究组护理有效率显著优于对照组[96.08%(49/51)比82.35%(42/51),P<0.05];研究组社会功能、物质生活、认知功能、心理功能评分为(90.35±1.87)分、(92.43±2.97)分、(90.86±1.39)分、(91.65±3.61)分,优于对照组的(75.58±5.42)分、(75.79±5.45)分、(74.38±5.43)分、(75.82±5.57)分(均P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组[3.92%(2/51)比15.69%(8/51),P<0.05]。结论无缝隙护理应用于鼻窦炎患者临床护理效果显著优于常规护理,可降低并发症发生率,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of seamless nursing for patients with sinusitis.Methods One hundred and two patients with sinusitis treated at our hospital from September,2019 to September,2020 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group by the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.There were 31 males and 20 females in the control group;they were(36.00±5.47)years old.There were 28 males and 23 females in the control group;they were(37.00±5.98)years old.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group seamless nursing.The nursing efficacies,social function scores,material life scores,cognitive function scores,psychological function scores,complications,and patients'quality of life scores were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the effective rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group[96.08%(49/51)vs.82.35%(42/51),P<0.05].The scores of social function,material life,cognitive function,and psychological function of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group[(90.35±1.87)vs.(75.58±5.42),(92.43±2.97)vs.(75.79±5.45),(90.86±1.39)vs.(74.38±5.43),and(91.65±3.61)vs.(75.82±5.57);all P<0.05].The incidence of complications of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group[3.92%(2/51)vs.15.69%(8/51),P<0.05].Conclusion The clinical nursing effect of seamless nursing for patients with sinusitis is significantly better than that of conventional nursing,which can reduce the occurrence of complications,and it is worth being clinically generalized.
