摘 要:目的比较不同干燥方法对自动注油后口腔手机的干燥效果。方法选取本院在2019年11月1至30日日常使用的口腔手机20510个,根据不同干燥方法将自动注油后的口腔手机分为两组:高压气枪组10255个和低温真空干燥柜组10255个。比较两组口腔手机的合格率、干燥过程的次数、干燥使用时间,并对不同干燥方法的环境测量噪音。结果真空干燥柜组的合格率(99.49%,10203/10255)高于高压气枪组(97.30%,9978/10255),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用低温真空干燥柜干燥时间为(25.5±4.7)h,少于高压气枪组的(34.2±3.1)h,低温真空干燥柜操作环境噪音分贝为(25.5±4.7)dB,低于高压气枪组的(34.2±3.1)dB,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论低温真空干燥柜干燥自动注油后的口腔手机比高压气枪干燥具有明显优势,能提高消毒供应中心的护理质量。Objective To compare the effects of different methods on drying of dental handpieces after automatic oiling.Methods From December 1st to 30th,2019,20510 dental handpieces were randomly divided into a high pressure air gun group(n=10255)and a low temperature vacuum drying cabinet group(n=10255).The qualified rates,drying process times,and drying times of the two groups were compared.The environmental noise of different drying methods was measured.Results The qualified rate was higher,the drying time was shorter,and the noise of the operating environment was lower in the low temperature vacuum drying cabinet group than in the high pressure air gun group[99.49%(10203/10255)vs.97.30%(9978/10255),(25.5±4.7)h vs.(34.2±3.1)h,and(25.5±4.7)dB vs.(34.2±3.1)dB;all P<0.05].Conclusion Drying by low temperature vacuum drying cabinet after automatic oiling has more obvious advantages than drying by high pressure air gun,and can improve the nursing quality of disinfection supply center.
