氟比洛芬酯缓解子宫输卵管造影疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氟比洛芬酯缓解子宫输卵管造影(hysterosalpingography,HSG)疼痛的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年8月于本院行HSG的女性患者200例,按年龄层随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,其中,21~30岁各30例,31~40岁各50例,41~45岁各20例,观察组中位年龄29岁,对照组中位年龄31岁。对照组常规行HSG检查,观察组于检查前20 min静脉注射氟比洛芬酯5 ml。观察两组患者造影检查过程的镇痛效果及诊断结果,并进行对比。结果两组患者4个节点的疼痛程度比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);观察组输卵管通畅126条(63.0%)、不完全阻塞50条(25.0%)、完全阻塞24条(12.0%),对照组输卵管通畅108条(54.0%)、不完全阻塞56条(28.0%)、完全阻塞36条(18.0%),两组造影诊断结果比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=125.72,P<0.01)。结论氟比洛芬酯对缓解HSG疼痛具有明显作用,并能降低假阳性率。Objective To evaluate the effect of pain relief of flurbiprofen axetil during hysterosalpingography(HSG).Methods Two hundred women who underwent HSG in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were divided randomly into two groups,100 cases in each group.In each group,there were 30 cases aged 21-30,50 cases aged 31-40,20 cases aged 41-45.The median age of the observation group was 29 years old,and the median age of the control group was 31 years old.The control group received normal HSG,and the observation group received 5 ml of flurbiprofen axetil by intravenous injection at 20 min before HSG.The analgesic effect during the HSG and the diagnostic results of the two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the pain degree between the two groups at all 4 time points(all P<0.01).In the observation group,126(63.0%)fallopian tubes were unobstructed,50(25.0%)fallopian tubes were not completely obstructed,24(12.0%)fallopian tubes were completely obstructed,those in the control group were 108(54.0%),56(28.0%),and 36(18.0%),with statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=125.72,P<0.01).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil can alleviate pain of women udergoing HSG,and reduce the false positive rate.
