摘　　要：小康社会的建成既是中国共产党治国成就的标识,也是70多年来中国社会历史巨大变革的见证。建设全面小康社会的历史成就蕴含了中国共产党治国的基本经验:选择正确道路是治国之根本。走中国特色社会主义道路是建成小康社会的根本前提;注重继承与积累是治国的重要路径。全面小康社会是几代人创造的文明成果的总和;理想与信念是治国的力量所在。中国共产党人的初心和使命为小康社会建设提供了不竭的精神动力;小康社会的建成是党和人民共同奋斗的结果。同时,小康社会的建设过程始终坚持了科学理论指导和精准施策。总之,建设全面小康社会的历史是认识中国共产党治国特点和经验的重要依据。Building China into a moderately prosperous society is not just a token of CPC’s a⁃chievements in governing the country,but also a testimony to the tremendous social and historical changes that have taken place in China over the last 70 years.The endeavor contains CPC’s basic ex⁃perience in running the country:choosing the right path.Taking the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the precondition for building China into a moderately prosperous country,and inheri⁃ting and accumulating past experiences is the right way to run the country.The building of a well-off society is the sum of accomplishments by several generations,and ideal and faith is where CPC derives its power of governance.The original aspiration and mission the party has always cherished gives the Chinese communists inexhaustible spiritual power.The building of the well-off society is the result of the joint efforts by the party and the people.In the process,the party has always adhered to scientific theoretical guidance and precise policy-making.In short,the history of building the well-off society in China is the basis for understanding CPC’s strategics and experiences in governing the country.
