摘  要:ECC是一种经过微观力学设计、在拉伸和剪切荷载下呈现高延性的纤维增强水泥基复合材料。将ECC替代现有钢筋混凝土结构加固方法中高强钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆中的聚合物砂浆,能有效提升结构的耐久性。本文对4根采用高强钢绞线网-ECC加固的钢筋混凝土(RC)梁,4根采用高强钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆加固的RC梁以及1根未加固RC梁进行了受弯性能试验。结果表明,采用高强钢绞线网-ECC加固方法能够有效地提升RC梁的受弯承载力及刚度,但延性会有所降低。相较于高强钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆加固方法,ECC加固层较聚合物砂浆加固层具有更好的裂缝限制能力,裂缝细而密,表现出了优越的加固效果。ECC(Engineering Cementitious Composites)is a kind of fiber reinforced engineering cementitious composites which is designed by micromechanics and exhibits high ductility under tensile and shear loads.ECC can effectively improve the durability of the structure by replacing the polymer mortar in high strength steel wire net-polymer mortar.In this paper,four reinforced concrete(RC)beams strengthened with high strength steel wire net-ECC,four RC beams strengthened with high strength steel wire net-polymer mortar and one unstrengthended RC beam were tested.The results show that the high strength steel wire net-ECC strengthening method can effectively improve the flexural capacity and stiffness of RC beams,but the ductility will be reduced.Compared with high strength steel wire net-polymer mortar strengthening method,ECC strengthening layer has better crack limiting ability than polymer mortar strengthening layer,and the cracks are fine and dense,showing superior strengthening effect.
