摘　　要：选取分别采用硫磺砂浆锚固剂、水泥砂浆锚固剂、树脂砂浆锚固剂进行混凝土轨枕螺旋道钉锚固的普速和重载线路的典型区段,对不同锚固剂的实际服役状态开展系统调研。结果表明:硫磺砂浆锚固剂具有锚固强度高、绝缘性能好、造价低、作业简便等优点,整体应用状态良好,满足现场服役要求,但作业时会产生大气污染物,使用范围受限;水泥砂浆锚固剂凝固速度快,施工便捷,但不同厂家的产品抗拔力数值差异较大,部分服役产品存在绝缘性能不足的问题;树脂砂浆锚固剂绝缘性能优良,但固化速度较慢且受温度影响较大,材料耐久性有待长期验证。建议尽快制定新型锚固剂的技术标准,规范施工。The typical sections of common speed railway and heavy haul railway with sulfur mortar anchoring agent,cement mortar anchoring agent and resin mortar anchoring agent were selected to carry out systematic investigation on the actual service state of different anchoring agents.The results show that the sulfur mortar anchoring agent has the advantages of high anchoring strength,good insulation performance,low cost and easy operation.The overall application is in good condition,which meets the requirements of on-site service,but the air pollutants will be produced during operation,and the scope of use is limited.The cement mortar anchoring agent has fast solidification speed and convenient construction,but the pull-out strength of products from different manufacturers is quite different,and some service products have the problem of insufficient insulation performance.The resin mortar anchoring agent has excellent insulation performance,but the curing speed is slow and affected by temperature is large,and the durability of the material needs to be verified for a long time.It is suggested that the technical standards of new anchoring agents be formulated as soon as possible and the construction should be standardized.
