摘 要:为了对中低速磁浮轨道的绝对里程起始点和相对里程实施校正,基于中低速磁浮轨排特征,提出了一种轨道检测里程自动校正方法。利用轨缝、轨排长度及其组合,提出了轨排匹配的优化算法并设计了轨道检测数据的最小长度的搜索流程;通过采用对标准轨排数值相邻元素求和后比较的方法,避免了气温等因素导致的轨缝漏检。为验证该方法的检测精度,给出了匹配误差计算公式,并在唐山中低速磁浮试验线进行了试验验证。结果表明,该方法可使里程的检测误差范围保持在1.2 m之内,提高了相对里程的检测精度,简便有效,具有良好的工程应用价值。In order to correct the absolute mileage starting point and relative mileage of medium-low speed maglev track and based on the track laying features for medium-low speed maglev track,an automatic correction method of track detection mileage was proposed.By using the rail gap,rail panel length and their combination,the optimization algorithm of rail panel matching was proposed,and the search process of the minimum length of rail inspection data was designed.By using the method of summing and comparing the adjacent elements of standard track panel value,the missing inspection of track gap caused by temperature and other factors could be avoided.In order to verify the detection accuracy of this method,the calculation formula of matching error was given,and the test was carried out on Tangshan medium-low speed maglev test line.The results show that this method can keep the error range of mileage detection within 1.2 m and improve the detection accuracy of relative mileage,which is simple and effective,and has good engineering application value.
