摘  要:开展新时代国防科技情报研究要积极适应新时期大国博弈环境下的新使命新要求、新特点、新趋势,提高战略站位、拓展情报来源、丰富对象范围、突破关键技术、创新服务模式,为新时代国家战略、国防战略和军队建设提供及时可靠的情报支撑。从战略使命、大国博弈、技术演进和理论发展4个维度梳理了新时代国防科技情报发展面临的挑战,从情报来源、对象范围、研究范式、方式方法和保障模式5个方面分析了新时代国防科技情报的技术特点与发展趋势,探讨了应对大国博弈的新时代国防科技情报转型措施方案,最后进行了总结与展望。To carry out the research of national defense scientific and technical information in the new era, we should actively adapt to the new mission, new requirements, new characteristics and new trends under the game of great powers, improve strategic positions, expand intelligence sources, enrich the scope of objects, break through key technologies and innovate service modes, so as to provide timely and reliable intelligence support for national strategy, national defense strategy and military construction in the new era.This paper combs the challenges faced by the development of national defense scientific and technical information in the new era from four dimensions of strategic mission, the game of great powers, technology evolution and theoretical development, analyzes the technical characteristics and development trend of national scientific and technical information in the new era from five aspects of intelligence source, object scope, research paradigm, methods and support mode, and probes into the transformation of national defense science and technology intelligence in the new era in response to the game of great powers.Finally, it concludes the whole paper.
