摘 要:[目的/意义]分析美国31所高校安全情报专业硕士培养规格,为我国情报学人才培养提供参考。[方法/过程]运用词频分析、扎根理论编码等方法,揭示美国安全情报专业硕士培养规格的逻辑结构与内容结构。[结果/结论]美国安全情报专业硕士培养规格遵循"KSAs-D-T"逻辑结构,以"决策支持(D)与威胁应对(T)"为导向建构KSAs模型。"威胁应对"是安全情报工作的目标宗旨,美国高校针对不同的"威胁因素",形成"国家安全、国土安全、执法/犯罪、网络安全、地理空间"等多种类型的情报专业/方向,建构各具特色的专业知识体系,形成差异化办学格局以满足人才市场的多元需求。"决策支持"是情报的本质功能属性,美国高校紧紧围绕"决策、政策、战略、行动"等核心范畴构建"情报支持决策"的基础知识体系。最终形成以"决策支持与威胁应对"为导向,以"情报、管理、技术、环境、安全、刑事司法与犯罪、法律伦理"等知识为基础,以"情报搜集、分析、产品制作、隐蔽行动、反情报、情报管理、学术研究"等技能为中心,强调"纪律严明、道德规范、社会责任感、全球视野、战略思维、终身学习"等态度/素养养成的培养规格。[Purpose/significance] Analyze the training specification of master’s in Security Intelligence Studies in 31 American universities, and provide references for domestic universities.[Method/process] This paper uses word frequency analysis and grounded theory coding method to reveal the logical structure and content structure of the training specifications of master’s in Security Intelligence Studies in the U.S.[Result/conclusion] The training specification of master’s in Security Intelligence Studies in the U.S.follows the logical structure model "KSAs-D-T"to design knowledge, skills and attitude(KSAs) training model guided by "decision support & threat response".The purpose of security intelligence is to reduce threats.Based on different "threat factors",it forms different types of intelligence majors or concentrations including "national security, homeland security, law enforcement/crime, cybersecurity, geospatial"."Decision support" is the essential functional attribute of intelligence.American universities build the basic knowledge system of "intelligence support decision-making" with "decision making, policy, strategy and action" as the core.And then guided by "decision support and threat response",it eventually forms the training specification content model that including knowledge of "intelligence, management, technology, environment, security, criminal justice and crime, legal ethics",and skills of "intelligence collection, analysis, product production, covert operations, counterintelligence, intelligence management, academic research",and attitudes of "discipline, ethics, social responsibility, global vision, strategic thinking, lifelong learning".
