摘  要:2-甲基-8-氨基喹啉是合成颜料黄138的重要中间体,由2-甲基-8-硝基喹啉经还原制得。通过对2-甲基-8-氨基喹啉合成工艺研究表明,加氢还原法产品质量好、收率高、产废少,可为合成颜料黄138提供优质的中间体;以熔融态苯甲酸为溶剂合成颜料黄138粗品收率高,且可在分离产物后通过中和、酸析回收苯甲酸和未反应的四氯邻苯二甲酸;通过成盐、酸析的方法进行颜料化所得的产品质量好,且能耗低、产废少。2-methyl-8-aminoquinoline is an important intermediate in the synthesis of Pigment Yellow 138,which is prepared by reduction of 2-methyl-8-nitroquinoline.The research on the synthesis process of 2-methyl-8-aminoquinoline shows that the hydrogenation reduction method has good product quality,high yield,and less waste,which can provide high-quality intermediates for the synthesis of Pigment Yellow 138.Using molten benzoic acid as the solvent to synthesize the crude product of Pigment Yellow 138,the yield is high,and the benzoic acid and unreacted tetrachlorophthalic acid can be recovered by neutralization and acid precipitation after the product is separated.The product obtained by pigmentation through the methods of salt formation and acid precipitation is of good quality,with low energy consumption and low production waste.
