摘  要:大位移井具有水平段长、井斜角大及裸眼稳斜段长的特点,钻井过程中井下钻柱承受的摩阻扭矩远高于常规的直井和定向井。因此,钻井过程中控制摩阻、扭矩在合理的范围是成功地钻成大位移井的关键点。分析了南海东部惠州油田大位移井钻完井作业中的减摩减阻技术在现场的应用效果,结果表明该减摩减阻技术能显著降低大位移井钻完井过程中的摩阻与扭矩,可有效降低钻井作业风险。Extended reach wells have the characteristics of long horizontal section,large inclination angle,and long openhole stabilizing section.The drag torque of the downhole drill string during drilling is much higher than that of conventional vertical wells and directional wells.Therefore,controlling friction and torque in a reasonable range during the drilling process is the key to successfully drilling an extended reach well.This paper analyzes the on-site application effect of the friction reduction technology in the drilling and completion of extended reach wells in Huizhou Oilfield in the east of the South China Sea.The results show that the friction reduction technology can significantly reduce the friction and Torque can effectively reduce the risk of drilling operations.
