摘  要:催化裂化装置旋风分离器用于分离催化剂与油气或催化剂与烟气,主要由旋风分离器本体、料腿及翼阀组成,其中料腿是向下输送旋风分离器捕集到的催化剂颗粒的垂直管道。在装置运行过程中,有时会发生旋风分离器料腿断裂的事故。某厂催化裂化装置再生器发生跑剂现象,停车检查发现包括料腿断裂在内等诸多内构件问题。对料腿进行取样分析,通过化学成分分析、金相检查、硬度检测、扫描电镜观察、能谱分析,发现不锈钢料腿长时间使用后析出了大量的西格玛相和碳化物,导致不锈钢料腿硬度升高,脆性增加。The cyclone separator of FCC unit is used to separate catalyst and oil gas or catalyst and flue gas.It is mainly composed of cyclone analyzer body,leg and wing valve.The leg is a vertical pipe conveying catalyst particles captured by cyclone separator downward.During the operation of the unit,sometimes the leg of cyclone separator breaks.The regenerator of a catalytic cracking unit in a plant has run out of agent,and many internal component problems,including fracture of leg,were found during shutdown inspection.Through chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,hardness test,scanning electron microscope observation and energy spectrum analysis,it is found that a large number of sigma phases are precipitated from the stainless steel after long-term use,which leads to the increase of hardness and brittleness of stainless steel.
