摘 要:由于低压天然气井对间歇生产制度精准执行要求较高,及时开关井对气井产能的发挥起着至关重要的作用,目前人工开关井传统模式存在着工作量大、人力成本较高、气井管理效率低下等不利因素。因此,有必要对人工开关井模式进行优化和改进,充分应用信息化建设及现场工艺改造,满足低压间歇井生产需要,实现气井智能开关井功能,既减少了很多人为操作的环节,控制速度和控制精度也有了明显提升,工作效率得到提高,劳动强度得到缓解,又确保了运行过程的安全性、稳定性和可靠性。Due to the high requirements for the precise implementation of intermittent production system in low-pressure natural gas wells,timely well opening and closing plays a crucial role in the production capacity of gas wells.At present,the traditional mode of manual well opening and closing has many disadvantages,such as heavy workload,high labor cost and low gas well management efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and improve the mode of manual well opening and closing,make full use of information construction and on-site process transformation,meet the production needs of low-pressure intermittent wells,and realize the intelligent well opening and closing function of gas wells,which not only reduces many human operation links,but also improves the control speed and control precision,improves the work efficiency,relieves the labor intensity,and ensures that Safety,stability and reliability of operation process.
