摘 要:近年来,危机制造者公开以暴力手段控制他人人身自由,并以杀害或继续扣押相威胁,达到满足本人某种要求的人质危机事件频发。然而危机谈判员常常因为没有掌握有效的谈判技术或建立良好的危机处理机制等,使人质危机事件无法得到实质性解决。积极聆听技术作为危机谈判中不可或缺的手段,可以帮助危机谈判员赢得危机制造者的信任,建立积极的人际关系,以更好地解决人质危机事件,保护人们的生命安全。In recent years,the events of crisis makers have publicly controlled the personal freedom of others by violent means and threatened to kill or continue to seize to meet their own requirements have often occurred.However,crisis negotiators often fail to master effective negotiation techniques and establish better crisis management mechanisms so that hostage crisis events cannot be substantially resolved.Active listening skill,as an indispensable tool in crisis negotiations can help crisis negotiators win the trust of crisis makers and build positive interpersonal relationships to solve the hostage crisis events and protect people's lives.
