摘　　要：罪犯狱内吸烟不仅有影响身体健康、增加经济负担的一般危害性,还有监狱特定环境下的特殊危害性,如影响狱内生产安全、改造秩序、环境清洁等。针对狱内禁烟的难点,安徽监狱局白湖监狱管理分局采取了有效的管控措施,全面实施罪犯禁烟活动,取得了良好的效果。Smoking in prisons not only affects the health of criminals and increases the economic burden,but also has special hazards in specific prison environments,such as affecting production safety,reforming order,and clean environment of prisons.In response to the difficulty of smoking bans in prisons,the Baihu Prison Management Branch has adopted effective control measures to implement smoking bans for criminals in an allround way,and achieved good results.
