司法警官院校警察体育教学理念目标及建设路径

摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调研等方法对司法类警官院校警察体育教学和警务技能培训现状进行调查、总结和分析。主要结论:警察体育传统的教学理念和内容与新时代司法行政改革要求有一定的差距;警察体育教学中需更加重视情感教育;司法警院学生专项体能储备不足;关键技战术的掌握及运用未达到教学所要求的目标。建议:进一步强化低伤害武力控制理念和技术的运用;建立合理的训练机制以提升实战效果;加强师资队伍建设;完善考核标准及评价体系。Using methods like literature,expert interviews,field research to investigate,summarize and analyze the status of police physical education and police skills training in judicial police academies.Main conclusions:there is a certain gap between the traditional teaching concepts and content of police physical education and the requirements of judicial administrative reform in the new era;emotional education should be paid more attention to in police physical education;special physical fitness reserves of judicial police students are insufficient;key skills and tactics are not fully mastered and used.Suggestions:Further strengthen the concepts and technologies of using low-injury force control;establish a reasonable training mechanism to improve actual combat effects;strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and improve the assessment standards and evaluation system.
