高校翻转课堂教学模式研究——以公安院校《刑事侦查学》课程为例

摘  要:以微课为载体,结合公安院校《刑事侦查学》课程的特点,尝试构建翻转课堂教学模型。该模型由课程开发、课前学习、课堂活动、研讨总结四个模块组成。在对刑侦专业122名学生进行问卷调查的基础上,提出设计翻转课堂时需注意的问题,包括构建成功的翻转课堂教学模型、提供优质教学资源和教学平台、不断优化翻转课堂教学设计和策略、建立翻转课堂考核评价制度、提高教师的专业能力、加强组织和管理等,并针对目前在我国高校实施“翻转课堂”存在的问题提出改进建议。Using microlectures as the carrier,combined with the characteristics of the Criminal Investigation course in public security colleges,a flipped classroom teaching model was constructed.The model is composed of four modules:curriculum development,pre-class learning,classroom activities,and seminar summary.On the basis of a questionnaire survey of 122 students majoring in criminal investigation,the issues that need to be paid attention to when designing a flipped classroom were raised,which in terms of building a successful flipped classroom teaching model,providing high-quality teaching resources and platforms,continuously optimizing teaching design and strategies,establishing the assessment system,improving teachers'professional ability,and strengthening organization and management,etc..Furthermore,the suggestions for improvement in the current implementation of flipped classroom were put forward.
