摘  要:型腔高速铣削是箱体类零件的典型加工方式,被广泛应用在航空、航天、汽车及模具等行业中。型腔高速铣削的走刀路径决定了此类零件的加工效率和加工质量,其轨迹规划至关重要。首先对型腔高速铣削的几种经典走刀路径策略进行了总结。然后对诸如切啮合角、颤振等影响走刀路径规划的关键影响因素进行了阐述。最后系统地分析了现有型腔高速数控铣削走刀路径中规划方法存在的不足,探讨了该领域未来的发展前景和需要进一步探究的热点问题。High speed cavity milling is a typical processing method of box parts,which is widely used in aviation,aerospace,automobile,mold and other industries.The cutting path of high-speed milling of cavity parts determines the machining efficiency and quality of such parts,so its trajectory planning is very important.In this paper,several classical cutting path strategies for high speed cavity milling are summarized.Secondly,the key influencing factors such as cutting engagement angle and flutter are discussed.Finally,this paper systematically analyzes the shortcomings of the existing planning methods in the cutting path of high-speed CNC milling with mold cavity,and discusses the future development prospects and hot issues that need to be explored step by step.
