摘　　要：思想引领力是中国共产党的一项重要长期执政能力,包含着建构力、创新力、传播力、解释力、整合力、凝聚力和战斗力等一系列相互关联、相互衔接的构成要素。长期执政条件下,不断增强党的思想引领力将能有效动员社会民众,整合多方意志,凝聚价值共识,形成一股强大的精神动力,有序推动社会成长、国家治理和民族复兴。Ideological leading ability is an important long-term ruling ability of the Communist Party of China,which includes a series of interrelated and cohesive elements such as construction ability,innovation ability,communication ability,explanation ability,integration ability,cohesion and combat ability.Under the condition of long-term governance,continuously strengthening the Party's ideological leading ability will effectively mobilize the public,integrate the will of various parties,and gather consensus on values,so as to form a strong spiritual power and orderly promote social growth,national governance and national rejuvenation.
