术中自体血液回输患者采取专项血液管理的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究术中自体血液回输采取专项血液护理管理方案的临床价值。方法纳入我院2017年1月至2019年10月采取血液自体回输的患者共206例为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为观察组与对照组各103例,其中对照组采取常规血液管理干预,观察组由专人进行专项血液管理。对比不同管理方案在术中自体血液回输干预中的效果差异。结果观察组患者的血液回收量高于对照组,护理差错率与设备安装耗时低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论专项血液管理在术中自体血液回输管理中具有较好表现,能够提高血液回收量、降低差错率并提高设备安装效率。Objective to study clinical value of special blood care management plan for autologous blood reinfusion during operation.Methods We chose 206 patients with autologous blood reinfusion in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 as research objects.According to admission order,divided them into observation group and control group,103 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine blood management for intervention,observation group with management of dedicated person.Compare effect of different management programs in intervention of intraoperative autologous blood reinfusion.Results blood recovery volume of observation group was higher than control group,and nursing error rate and equipment installation time was lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion special blood management can achieve good performance in management of intraoperative autologous blood reinfusion,increase blood recovery,reduce error rate and improve equipment installation efficiency.
