乙肝肝硬化失代偿期老龄患者采用温阳益气汤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究乙肝肝硬化失代偿期老龄患者采用温阳益气汤的临床效果。方法将2018年3月至2019年7月在我院接受治疗的乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者122例随机分成对照组和观察组,每组61例患者,两组均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗上加用恩替卡韦,观察组在对照组治疗方法上加用温阳益气汤治疗。对两组患者治疗效果、乙肝病毒指标和肝功能指标进行统计学分析对比。结果两组治疗总有效率差异显著。两组治疗后的HBV-DNA、AST、ALT结果差异显著。结论乙肝肝硬化失代偿期老龄患者采用温阳益气汤的临床效果较好,在改善HBV-DNA、AST、ALT方面可取得满意的效果。Objective to study clinical effect of warming yang and invigorating qi decoction for elderly patients with decompensated hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.Methods We chose 122 patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis treated in our hospital from March 2018 to July 2019,divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Both groups was treated with routine treatment,and control group was added with routine treatment with entecavir,observation group was treated with warming yang and invigorating qi decoction in addition to treatment method of control group.Analyzed and compared treatment effect,hepatitis B virus index and liver function index were statistically.Results result of statistical analysis of total effective rate of two groups showed P<0.05.results of statistical analysis of HBV-DNA,AST and ALT after treatment in two groups showed P<0.05.Conclusion warming yang and invigorating qi decoction can achieve significant clinical effect for elderly patients with decompensated hepatitis B liver cirrhosis,with satisfactory results in improving HBV-DNA,AST and ALT.
