摘　　要：制药用隔离器充氮保护系统是一种在药品生产过程中能够对环境中氧含量进行控制的系统,主要包括隔离装置、氮气输送与控温系统以及循环降温系统等,该制药用隔离充氮保护系统能够保证药品生产过程中处于低氧的环境下,有效防止药品被氧化。基于此,本文将对这种系统的优点进行阐述,并提出其设计的各要点以及其功能的实现,为相关人员提供技术参考。The nitrogen filling protection system of the pharmaceutical isolator is a kind of system used to control the oxygen content in the environment in the process of pharmaceutical production,which mainly includes the isolation device,the nitrogen transportation and temperature control system and the circulation cooling system.The pharmaceutical isolation and nitrogen filling protection system can ensure that the pharmaceutical products are in a low oxygen environment during the pharmaceutical production process and effectively prevent the pharmaceutical products from being oxidized.Based on this,this paper will describe the advantages of this system,and put forward the design of the main points and the realization of the function,to provide technical reference for the relevant personnel.
