中医正骨结合夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果与预后恢复情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医正骨结合夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果与预后恢复情况。方法抽取我院2019年1月至2019年12月期间收治的126例桡骨远端骨折患者为临床研究对象,根据随机单盲法,将其均分为两组,即观察组与对照组,对照组接受夹板外固定治疗方式,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医正骨治疗方式,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,VAS评分显著低于对照组,Cooney评分显著高于对照组,且骨折平均愈合时间低于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论中医正骨结合夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折效果显著,能够有效提升患者腕关节恢复效果,缩短愈合时间,改善预后,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect and prognosis recovery of fracture of distal radius treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with splint external fixation.Methods 126 patients with distal radius fracture admitted in our hospital during January 2019~ December 2019 were selected as clinical subjects.according to the random single blind method,they were divided into two groups,namely,the observation group and the control group,the control group received splint external fixation treatment,the observation group combined with traditional chinese medicine orthopaedic treatment on the basis of the control group,and compared the clinical treatment effect of the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the Cooney score was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the average fracture healing time was lower than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with splint external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture has a remarkable effect,can effectively improve the wrist joint recovery effect,shorten the healing time,improve the prognosis,it is worth popularizing.
