摘　　要：目的探讨高选择性翼管神经分支切断术联合鼻腔减容术治疗中-重度变应性鼻炎患者术后临床护理效果。方法将我院2019年1月至2020年11月收治的98例中-重度变应性鼻炎患者纳入至本次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(49例)与观察组(49例),两组患者均行高选择性翼管神经分支切断术联合鼻腔减容术治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则行综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后临床症状积分情况,观察生活质量。结果对照组患者的临床症状积分显著高于观察组,生活质量评分低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论在中-重度应变性鼻炎患者接受手术治疗时,采用综合护理干预可改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的临床疗效,值得在临床治疗中推广。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of high-selective transpedicular branching combined with nasal volume reduction for patients with moderate-to-severe allergic rhinitis.Methods Ninety-eight patients with moderate-to-severe allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were included in the study.They were divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (49 cases) according to the numerical random table method,both groups of patients underwent high-selective transpedicular branching surgery combined with nasal volume reduction surgery.On this basis,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the nursing care of the two groups.The scores of clinical symptoms before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and the quality of life was observed.Results The clinical symptom scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group,and the quality of life score was lower than that of the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with moderate-severe strain rhinitis undergoing surgery,comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the clinical efficacy of patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
