摘  要:目的探讨新冠疫情时期发热门诊护理管理的方法和效果。方法选取本院的发热门诊从2019年12月21日至2020年2月31日诊治的3520人次发热患者,面对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间发热门诊大量患者就诊,将发热门诊护理管理工作划分为人员管理、环境与流程管理、物资管理、消毒隔离制度管理四大模块,对发热门诊进行模块化护理管理。结果发热门诊在新冠疫情时期共接诊3520人次,进行血标本采集2982人次,鼻咽拭子采集502人次,引导患者CT检查2850人次,发热门诊没有出现医护人员感染的现象。结论模块化护理管理能够有效地应对新冠疫情,有助于做好发热门诊疫情的防控工作,最大化地提高了工作效率,避免院内感染的发生,是模块管化理管理效果实现的有力保证。Objective To explore the nursing management method and effect of fever clinic during the outbreak of COVID-19.Methods Three thousand five hundred and twenty fever patients were selected from December 21,2019 to February 31,2020.In the face of the new coronavirus pneumonia during the fever clinic a large number of patients.The nursing management of fever clinic is divided into four modules:personnel management,environment and process management,material management,disinfection and isolation system management.Modular nursing management was carried out in fever clinic.Results The fever clinic received 3520 visits during the new crown epidemic,blood samples were collected 2982 times,nasopharyngeal swabs collected 502 times,guide patients to CT examination 2850 times.There was no infection in the fever clinic.Conclusion Modular nursing management can effectively deal with the new crown epidemic situation,help to do a good job in the prevention and control of fever outpatient epidemic,maximize the work efficiency,and avoid the occurrence of nosocomial infection,which is a powerful guarantee for the realization of the effect of modular management and management.
