摘 要:肘关节及前臂是人体的重要结构,其包括肘关机、上下尺桡骨关节的骨及骨间膜组织,在日常生活起到非常重要的作用。其解剖及功能的完整性是肘关节及前臂能起到正常功能的重要基础。近年来,在肘关节脱位合并同侧前臂损伤中,由高能量暴力所导致的损伤的患者越来越多,对于这类损伤,在早期诊断中往往容易因为肘关节的症状而忽视了前臂骨组织及骨间膜组织的损伤,从而对预后产生巨大的影响。本文就肘关节脱位合并同侧前臂损伤的诊断和治疗等做一综述,加强骨科医生对该类损伤的认识。Elbow joint and forearm are important structures of human body.It includes bones and interosseous membranes of elbow,upper and lower radioulnar joints,which play a very important role in daily life.The integrity of its anatomy and function is an important basis for elbow joint and forearm.In recent years,there are more and more patients with elbow dislocation combined with ipsilateral forearm injury caused by high-energy violence.To this kind of injury,the injury of bone and interosseous membrane of forearm is often ignored because of the symptoms of elbow joint in the early diagnosis,which has a huge impact on the prognosis.This article reviews the progress in the anatomy,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of elbow dislocation with ipsilateral forearm injury to provide guidance for clinical treatment.
