耳穴贴压用于肛肠疾病术后疼痛治疗的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究对肛肠疾病术后疼痛患者使用耳穴贴压的疗效。方法随机选取我院2019年1月至2019年12月内收治的200例肛肠疾病手术患者,所有患者术后疼痛干预差异分为参照组(100例,常规西药干预)和研究组(100例,常规西药干预+耳穴贴压),对比分析两组患者的护理疼痛指数(言语反应量表VRS、显示疼痛强调量表PPI)、疼痛控制效果、尿潴留发生几率和睡眠质量。结果两组患者术后2小时疼痛程度差异不大(P>0.05),术后72小时,研究组患者疼痛程度评分明显低于参照组,研究组患者疼痛控制效果为98%,明显高于参照组91%,研究组患者尿潴留发生几率为13%,明显低于参照组2%,且干预前两组患者睡眠治疗无明显差别,但干预后研究组患者睡眠质量明显高于对照组,所有对比均差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对肛肠疾病术后疼痛患者使用耳穴贴压可对患者疼痛程度进行有效控制,在短时间内迅速减轻患者疼痛指数,降低尿潴留发生几率,改善患者睡眠质量,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of using auricular acupoint pressing on patients with postoperative pain of anorectal disease.Methods Randomly select 200 patients undergoing anorectal disease surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019.All patients’ postoperative pain intervention differences were divided into a reference group (100 cases,conventional Western medicine intervention) and a research group (100 cases,Conventional Western medicine intervention+auricular point pressure),comparative analysis of the nursing pain index (VRS,PPI),pain control effect,incidence of urinary retention and sleep quality of the two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference in the degree of pain at 2 hours after operation between the two groups (P>0.05).At 72 hours after operation,the pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the pain control effect of the study group was 98%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group 91%,the incidence of urinary retention in the study group was 13%,which was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and there was no significant difference in sleep treatment between the two groups before the intervention,but the sleep quality of the study group was significantly higher than the control group after the intervention,all comparisons The difference was obvious (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of auricular acupoint pressing on patients with postoperative pain of anorectal disease can effectively control the patient’s pain level,quickly reduce the patient’s pain index in a short time,reduce the incidence of urinary retention,and improve the quality of sleep of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
