针刺联合耳穴贴压对改善肺癌晚期患者的睡眠效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合耳穴贴压对晚期肺癌患者睡眠效果的影响。方法收集本院于2019年1月至2020年1月收治的64例晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=32)和研究组(n=32)。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组患者总有效率和睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、睡眠药物、日间功能评分。结果治疗后,研究组的总有效率为93.75%,对照组的总有效率为75.00%,研究组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.270,P=0.038);研究组患者的睡眠质量(1.66±0.81)分、入睡时间(1.73±0.83)分、睡眠时间(1.45±0.65)分、睡眠效率(1.22±0.51)分、睡眠障碍(1.30±0.45)分、睡眠药物(0.82±0.47)分、日间功能评分(1.49±0.55)分均低于对照组(2.09±0.85)分、(2.16±0.92)分、(2.07±0.83)分、(1.85±0.77)分、(1.95±0.85)分、(1.44±0.65)分、(1.91±0.75)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.197,P=0.031;t=2.082,P=0.041;t=3.529,P=0.001;t=4.093,P=0.000;t=4.055,P=0.000;t=4.638,P=0.000;t=2.960,P=0.004)。结论针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗晚期肺癌患者的疗效显著,可改善患者的睡眠质量,值得在临床上应用。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with ear acupoint pressing on the sleep effect of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 64 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were collected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group (n=32) and a study group (n=32).The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received acupuncture combined with auricular pressure treatment.The total effective rate and sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,sleep medication,and daytime function scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%.The total effective rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=4.270,P=0.038);study group patients’ sleep quality (1.66±0.81),time to fall asleep (1.73±0.83),sleep time (1.45±0.65),sleep efficiency (1.22±0.51),sleep disorder (1.30±0.45) Points,sleep medication (0.82±0.47) points,and daytime function scores (1.49±0.55) points are lower than the control group (2.09±0.85) points,(2.16±0.92) points,(2.07±0.83) points,(1.85±0.77) points,(1.95±0.85) points,(1.44±0.65) points,(1.91±0.75) points,the difference is statistically significant (t=2.197,P=0.031;t=2.082,P=0.041;t=3.529,P=0.001;t=4.093,P=0.000;t=4.055,P=0.000;t=4.638,P=0.000;t=2.960,P=0.004).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with ear acupoint pressing is effective in the treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer.It can improve the sleep quality of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
