摘  要:为了提高CrWMn冷作模具钢表面硬度和耐磨性,通过HGLaser6060激光器对CrWMn钢进行激光表面热处理。运用金相显微镜观、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验机研究激光热处理工艺参数对CrWMn钢激光淬火层的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,激光表面热处理后,模具钢的硬化层组织明显细化,表面硬化层厚度约为0.60 mm,且表面硬度明显高于心部,耐磨性性能显著提高。To improve the hardness and wear resistance of cold work die steel, the laser surface heat treatment of CrWMn steel was carried out by HGLaser6060 laser. The metallurgical microscope, microhardness tester and wear tester were used to investigate the effects of technical parameters on microstructure and properties of quenched layer. The results show that the microstructure of the hardened layer is significantly refined after laser heat treatment. The thickness of hardened layer is about 0.60 mm, which is higher than that of the core area. Moreover, the wear resistance is also significantly improved.
