摘　　要：ZCJ-1800型轴承模压淬火机床是针对最大外径1800 mm轴承模压淬火而研制开发的一种新产品。本文在分析机床工作原理的基础上,介绍了该机床结构、工件淬火冷却系统、液压系统、气动系统、模具结构、淬火油温度控制系统、电气系统等。该机床具有自动化程度高、可靠性好、淬火工件质量稳定等特点,具有良好的经济效益。The ZCJ-1800 type bearing mold pressing quenching machine is a new product developed for bearing quenching with the maximum outside diameter of 1800 mm.In this paper,based on the analysis of working principle of the machine tool,the structure of machine tool,the quenching cooling system of workpiece,the hydraulic system,the pneumatic system,the mold structure,the temperature control system of the quenching oil and the electrical system are introduced,respectively.This machine tool has the characteristics of high automation,good reliability and stable quality of quenched workpiece.Moreover,it has good economic benefits.
