摘　　要：本文简述了盐浴加热和高温箱式炉加热存在的问题,介绍了真空热处理的特点。结合实际应用情况,介绍了工件真空热处理后的质量情况,并对真空热处理的过程控制要素进行了简要总结。In this paper,the problems of salt bath heating and high temperature box furnace heating are briefly described,and the characteristics of vacuum heat treatment are introduced.Combined with the practical application,the quality of the workpiece after vacuum heat treatment is introduced,and the process control elements of vacuum heat treatment are briefly summarized.
