摘 要:以杆系钢箱梁拱桥实体工程—沧州南北绕城公路工程南段项目的一座杆系钢箱梁拱桥为工程实例,对首轮张拉吊索索力的监控值结果进行偏差分析。分析结果显示,索力监控仪监测索力数值相比于理论值偏大,且偏大值在10%~15%。在吊索张拉施工阶段,中前期张拉工况的索力监测值偏差相对平稳,后期张拉工况直至梁落架前的索力监测值偏差较大,说明此段工况是吊索受力重分配的重要阶段。张拉吊索时,中拱肋吊索索力的重新分布变化明显,是索力监控的主要指标。In this paper,the deviation analysis is based on the monitoring results of the first round of cable tension of a steel box girder arch bridge in the south section of Cangzhou North South Ring Road project.The analysis results show that the value of cable force monitored by the cable force monitor is slightly larger than the theoretical value,which is in the range of 10%~15%.In the stage of sling tension construction,the deviation of cable force monitoring value in the early stage of tension is relatively stable,and the deviation of cable force monitoring value in the later stage of tension until the beam falls off the frame is relatively large,which shows that this stage is an important stage of sling stress redistribution.When the sling is tensioned,the redistribution of cable force in the middle arch rib sling changes obviously,which is the main index of cable force monitoring.
