摘 要:依托沈四高速公路改扩建项目对已加载100万次的试验路面裂缝部位进行注浆修补,实施完成后进行30万次的后续加载,对比处置前后弯沉及内部损伤,分析了注浆灌缝处置措施对路面性能恢复的效果。研究原路面横向裂缝等典型病害区域的受力特点,分析原路面典型病害对改造结构耐久性的影响,为维修改造设计中的原路面病害处治提供技术支撑,针对注浆灌缝措施实施后路面性能恢复效果进行了评价分析。Relying on the reconstruction and expansion project of Shensi expressway,grouting repair is carried out on the cracks of the test pavement which have been loaded for one million times.After the implementation,follow-up loading of 300,000 times is carried out.The deflection and internal damage before and after treatment are compared,and the effect of grouting and crack sealing treatment measures on pavement performance recovery is analyzed.The stress characteristics of typical disease areas such as transverse cracks of the original pavement are studied,and the influence of typical diseases of the original pavement on the durability of the reconstruction structure is analyzed,so as to provide technical support for the treatment of the original pavement diseases in the maintenance and reconstruction design,and perform the evaluation analysis on the recovery effect of pavement performance after the implementation of grouting and crack sealing measures.
