摘  要:目的分析彩超在放射作业人员甲状腺功能减退检查中的应用研究。方法随机选取我院2020年1月至2020年12月内体检的150例放射科工作人员,将其分为X线诊断组(75例),与同期科室但不进行放射作业的人员作为志愿者组(75例),对两组均进行彩超检查,并对其甲状腺体积变化、甲状腺组织内血流特征对比。结果X线诊断组甲状腺体积正常形态对象低于志愿组,且X线诊断组研究对象Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级血流信号构成比低于志愿组,而Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级血流信号构成比高于志愿组,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论彩超作为无创性检查,可有效对职业性甲状腺功能减退患者的甲状腺体积形态变化,和甲状腺组织内血流特征进行准确诊断,对甲状腺病变程度和对患者治疗方案的完善和预后具有较高应用价值。Objective To analyze the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the examination of hypothyroidism of radiation workers.Methods We randomly selected 150 radiology staff from our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020,and divided them into X-ray diagnosis group(who did X-ray work,75 cases)and the volunteer group(who did not do X-ray work,75 cases),both groups were examined by color Doppler ultrasound,and the changes in thyroid volunteer and blood flow characteristics in thyroid tissue were compared.Results The subjects with normal thyroid volume in the X-ray diagnosis group were lower than those in the volunteer group,and the composition ratio of class I and II blood flow signals in the X-ray diagnosis group was lower than that in the volunteer group,while the ratio of the blood flow signals in the class III and IV was higher in the volunteer group,the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion As a noninvasive examination,color Doppler ultrasound can effectively diagnose the changes of thyroid volume and morphology and blood flow characteristics of thyroid tissue in patients with occupational hypothyroidism.It has a high application value in the improvement of patients’treatment plan.
