摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病具有发病率高、病程长和病情的不可逆性等特点,它给患者和社会都带来了沉重的社会负担。疲劳是COPD患者常见但易被忽略的症状,因此本文对国内外COPD患者疲劳的研究进行综述,以期为今后的研究提供参考。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has the characteristics of high incidence,long course,and irreversibility,which brings heavy social burden to patients and the society.Fatigue is a common but easily ignored symptom in COPDpatients.Therefore,this paper summarizes the research on fatigue in COPDpatients at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for future research.
